Little baby C was great subject. Gorgeous eyes, such a cute personality already at only 6 weeks.

Baby L is a calm little star in front of the camera, she gave me the best eye contact, a smile or two, and snuggly sleeping photos too. Being 9 days old can be pretty tiring.

Low-key light

Lately I've been doing some new lighting techniques. A bit dimmer, what you would call low-key, more shadows. I'm really loving how it looks. It gives the images a rich cozy feeling. Here are my favorite images testing out my techniques. My favorite is the first photo with the dark haired baby girl. (She and her brother, fraternal twins were my very first twin session.)
